WHO WE ARE

Windstar Express was started in 2008 as a family owned Step Deck carrier based in Carroll, IA. In 2010, we expanded into the specialized End Dump market, and have seen steady growth ever since.

Today our company has grown into other sectors of the trucking industry, and we now operate Flatbed Conestoga Trailers, End Dumps, and Tankers. Our fleet is made up of Peterbilt 389’s and 579’s, with an average age of 2 years.
