Your current vacation day rate will be paid on the following holidays whether you are on the road or not: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Employees are eligible after 90 days of hire.

Day 1 to 90 days = 0 paid days
Day 91 to 365 = 5 paid days
Year 2 to year 5 = 10 paid days
Year 5 to year 10 = 15 paid days
Year 10 plus = 20 paid days
Vacation Pay Rate
$60,000 – $70,000 Annual Wage – $65,000 Median = $210.00/day
$70,000 – $80,000 Annual Wage – $75,000 Median = $245.00/day
$80,000 – $90,000 Annual Wage – $85,000 Median = $280.00/day
$90,000 – $100,000 Annual Wage – $95,000 Median = $315.00/day

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must have 2 years of verifiable OTR experience – flatbed experience preferred but not required.
- Must have knowledge of and comply with all FMCSA rules and regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, and inspection and maintenance of equipment.
- Must have no felony conviction or misdemeanor drug conviction, and have a satisfactory work history record.
- Must be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle as demonstrated by a current medical examiner’s certificate.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
- No speed or serious traffic violations in that last year.
- No suspensions in the last year.
- No DWI convictions in the last 5 years.
